The dining experience was good. I am glad we checked in ahead of time or we would have waited quite a while. We all ordered steaks, two ribeye and one prime rib and all were cooked well and were spot on for doneness. The food came out quickly, and the service was spot on. We have eaten at this location a few times now and it a very well run location. Nice and clean and they keep moving customers through as quickly as possible while maintaining a positive atmosphere so you aren't waiting forever to be seated.

Do not come to this restaurant if you have a large group. We came here last night to celebrate my daughters birthday. We called ahead, they said they could accommodate our group of 10, and put us on the list. When we got there we still waited 20 minutes which wasnt the biggest deal, but the worst part was they sat us at 2 different tables. There was no warning of this at all. We ended up with 2 different waitresses, 2 different bills, and having to yell across the aisle to half of our group if we wanted to talk to them. Everything I asked for - I got the opposite: black not "tender" steak done "medium" left a literal awful taste in my mouth! 1/4 not even edible due to overlooking. "More steak season" became zero steak seasoning. "Loaded sweet potato" became a plain sweet potato with 1 marshmallow on the side of it (not even cut in half) and was packed in Styrofoam so it dripped out on the sides. The green beans had ridiculously hard pieces in it too I had to spit out. TERRIBLE. I can't believe this place is even still in existence. **It wasn't even busy!! Who the heck runs a restaurant like this?!

Recently went back to Texas Roadhouse and had a great experience! We actually ordered a family meal to go and was happy with everything we received. Our food was perfectly cooked and everything was tasty. The waitstaff definitely went beyond to make sure we had everything !
