They have gluten free baked goods and I loved their mugs so I got one as a souvenir. As for service, somehow my 3 silver bracelets feel out of my pocket. When I called to check if they could have possibly fallen out in the cafe, they had two of them and mailed them to me free of charge. They were so kind about it. Whenever I’m in New Bern I had to swing by and grab something. The bear lattes are fun and good. Their muffins are to die for! You’ll never walk in and feel like a stranger that’s for sure!
