First time here at the busy bean and was not disappointed. Authentic craft coffee and bagels, delicious! My coconut mocha latte with almond milk is better than any ⭐️bucks beverage I’ve ever had. I got the “busy bagel” with smoked salmon and the double cheddar bagel. The bagel is so soft and easy to chew. Thank you for a great experience. I love New Britain!

went here to study with a friend staff were incredible. Their place is nice and clean. Food was a 10 out of 10. they even gave out bagels to customers so they wouldn’t go to waste when they were closing. We’ll definitely be going back!

Cute place. We had the cold brew which was just okay, standard coffee. However, the lemon curd tart was great! We would come back to try their other baked goods. It was very fresh and not too sweet. Ambience is cozy and staff were very polite and professional. Next time we will have to stay longer to get a better feel. There wasn't a ton of parking in front but not many people were there.

Wifey grabbed us coffee from here yesterday. I had a regular coffee that was satisfactory, while she had a Maple Vanilla Breve that was good. Perhaps next time I will expand my horizons and get a little more creative/adventurous when making my selection... The staff was friendly, and the place was nice. Update: I went here again and as previously stated, I did get a little more adventurous and ordered a couple of Salted Caramel flavored coffees. Mine was black and I got cream in the wife's coffee. Both were very good, and we were happy with the purchase. Again, the staff was friendly & courteo
