I was looking for a quick place to grab a drink and came across Pedaler. I ordered an iced chai and an iced coffee with regular milk, but unfortunately, both drinks were very disappointing. The chai was grainy, bland, and lacked flavor. The iced coffee also tasted weak and did not have enough milk. I paid over $12 for the two drinks, so it was frustrating to spend that much and not enjoy either one. With the cost of everything these days, customers should at least be able to expect decent-quality drinks for the price. This was my first visit, so I do not want to judge the entire shop based on

Hello, I'm a fellow coffee shop owner and I teach pour over classes. But, if Ryan Taylor ever hosts one, I will be a student. All his staff are excellent, but if you're lucky enough to be there when he's in the house, order a pour over and witness a master at work, then enjoy the resultant, well balanced coffee you'll have hard time putting down. Pedaler now has been there over 10 years and have insisted on that basic, essential qualities of great coffee and I congratulate and keep learning from them. If you live in that neighborhood, well, you are a lucky person, and I'm jealous.
