I usually have good experiences, but my most recent visit, I ordered a Chocolate cold foam and when they tried handing it to me, I could immediately see they had not used the batter, so I asked and the insisted it didn’t have batter!! I ended up leaving without it! Sad! So many different experiences on ONE drink! Ugh!

I tried contacting them to fix their mistake on the order. They argued with me saying it was correct but wasn’t. Then mentioned that the nuggets were cold and fries were cold and they basically said that’s not our problem. Very disappointed and never been treated so badly. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with this store! If I could give this a Half star I would! Maybe corporate needs to step in

Went through drive-thru, we had to wait a little bit for our food, but they gave us an extra $6 biggie bag for the wait. That was so nice!

This location has gone downhill significantly. Having been a patron of this particular location for years I am severely disappointed in the experience that I had today. I went through the drive-thru today I ordered 2 3piece chicken strip meals and a child’s meal. We got to the window was charged- not given a receipt, and told to pull up to wait for 5 minutes. No worries there I get having to drop food in the fryers and being understaffed. After waiting about 10 minutes an employee came out with our food. We told them that we had not received our drinks yet, the employee went back in to get th
