My husband and I went to hurricane grill last night to have some apps and drinks after work to unwind. We sat at the bar. We were greeted quickly and gave our drink order of two house margaritas. That is when it all went wrong. It took approximately 10 min to get our drinks and when it came the glass was dripping wet on the outside and the salt rim was sliding down the sides. It was obvious the glass has just gone through the three sink cleaning process bar use and they were not even dried. Not appetizing when you lick the salt off the rim. So happy we came here for dinner. The best part? These were some of the best wings I’ve had. I enjoyed my sides and drink as well. The service was amazing. Our waitress was so kind and funny, it made our experience even better. The place including the bathrooms was clean too. The worst part? I don’t have anything to add. I’m definitely going again when I visit Newburgh!

Absolutely terrible service. Hostess did not even smile. Waitress was very uninformed and slow. She was nice but other wise kept forgetting everything we ordered. Drinks took about 15 minutes and she had to come back and ask more questions about them (what kind of tequila, salt rim) even though we already told her when we ordered. There was nobody in the restaurant and she was nowhere to be found. No manager anywhere. This place is very poorly run and their staff was very unprofessional. Will never be back.
