Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing meal. As shown in the photos, the entire plate arrived cold. The hash browns were cold, the bacon was greasy and tasted like it had been sitting for some time, and the ham was cold and dry. Even the sausage and eggs were no longer warm. Overall, the food felt old rather than freshly prepared. The coffee was also a letdown — it tasted watered down and lacked the boldness you expect from a fresh cup. This was my first time dining at IHOP in over 10 years and the service was outstanding. The manager walked around checking on everyone to make sure that the food was to their liking. Our food was hot and it tasted great! They were packed to the roof, but everything came out perfect. Also, the customer service by Chrystal was amazing. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area.
