A warm, cozy and quiet place! I just came back from eating a luncheon special at Rice Valley, 2/13/26. Very reasonable price! The owner directed us to a sun filled table! I got the chicken with green vegetables, spring roll, pork fried rice and egg drop soup. All delicious! Fresh vegetables cooked just right! Loads of chicken. The waitress is very attentive, polite and accommodating. She can laugh! I got extra pea pods and a few chicken fingers for a very reasonable upcharge. The owner always greets us, checks on us during the meal and sees us off as though we were in his own house

Wife and I were wanting a good Chinese Restuarant take out . We read the reviews on Rice Valley and most of the reviews were very good . Food critic gave his another was a guide who said how good it was . Some bad but for the most part we decided to give it a try. We order garlic chicken and another chicken with pea pods that supposedly had carrots vegetables and water chestnuts In short the food was abominable no taste , the egg rolls tasted like the deep fryer was year old oil . Supposedly the chicken with pea pods had zero taste the fried rice had corn , the peas were like mush.I took a men

Good prices, fast friendly service, tasty and fair sized portions. We had fried brown rice, pupu platter, hot and sour soup, and a scorpion bowl for two. Total price $71. Seated immediately, not too busy Saturday evening after 6pm. Free parking after 6pm in meters.
