I work from Buffalo quite a lot after seeing the positive reviews decided to try this place. First time ever visiting this place, As I walked in several never acknowledged. Waited and asked to be seated, was told to seat anywhere. No one acknowledged or brought menu afterwards, even though 3 servers were on duty. Server walked without any acknowledgement, gave menu to customers came after me, served drinks and food. Asked to speak to manager, was told manager was cooking and no one to complain. Never have I been disrespected anywhere. If you want to play games and waste time, go here. O

We came to JetPort Restaurant for a casual meal, and it felt like a comfortable family-style place right away. The atmosphere was simple and relaxed, nothing too fancy, but easy to sit down and enjoy. The food was tasty and filling, especially the steak and eggs and deep-fried mushrooms. Overall, it was a good spot for a simple meal with decent portions and a friendly local feel.

Just left there and I have to compliment the bartender her name is Sarah. What a fantastic bartender!!!!!!! She has the best sweetest and friendliest personality. I've been in the business for a long time and I'm going to tell you something ,I haven't come across a bartender like that in a long time. The wings were fantastic!!!!!!!! Just wanted to give a shout out because everything was amazing!!!!! Thank you Sarah for the great service you can tell everyone that came in there knew you and loved you!!!!

The wife and I tried this place because it was rated well. I had a house salad. Wife got meatloaf, mash potatoe and mix greens. She ate a little bit of it and said it had no taste. I tried it and she was right. None of it had flavor. Picture shows very little onion and green peppers. This was all I had in about quarter of hamburger. Everything was cold and nothing had any taste. Hostess didn't even come back to check on us. This dish was hamburger with some gravy from a bottle. I would not recommend this place.
