All the right ingredients for a classic Chicago burger/dog/gyro place. 1 They’ve been here for 50+ years 2 The owner works the cash register. bonus points for wearing a cubs hat. 3 The guy working the Gyros spit has decades of experience. Bonus points for wearing the army style pointed cap. 4. Proper old school menu board. 5. Everything made to order. 6. Delicious fresh real food. Fun Fact…,although it’s called “Drive-in” there is no d i’ve thru or car hop service. Do t let that trouble you- it’s a still awesome.

Just as good as I remembered it from 20 years ago Love this place every time I go to Chicago I have to go there unfortunately it has been 20 years hopefully it will not be another 20 years till I can get back to get another one of those amazing gyros.
