I was picking my daughter up from my parents house coming back to Chicago. Wanted a late night bite to eat stop at this White Castle, cause it’s 24 hours and on the way, so super convenient. Writing this review to give a major shout out to Hawkins Manager James team member as they are truly setting the bar for excellence with regard to customer service. Before coming into the store, we had tried to place the order online through the mobile app to use the five dollar reward coupon unfortunately when he clicked back to add the jalapeño cheese, this made the coupon disappear so I went inside the

The men's bathroom is filthy and has no toilet paper! In all my 43 years I have never been to a white castle that did not have French fries. Tue sliders were unflavorful and used old Onions.

Friday night May 16th 2026 1230am.. Why is it that you are greeted with "all orders taken you will have to wait 40mins"? There was no one waiting in line. You had to be goofing off to keep customers from placing orders. Staff there needs to be replaced for better service.. Who was working there that night? Management needs to look into this...

They move so slow no reason there’s a 40 minute wait on sliders it’s the main thing they serve here. So I order the cheese sticks for pick up because I was here on break and I already know how they are with the sliders but I didn’t know I would have to wait the whole time for 30+ minutes behind someone who did get sliders when I was at the second window where they could’ve easily handed me my order.
