First visit to the newly remodeled BK near us. Very digital experience and the workers were struggling with it, even though it had reopened 2 weeks ago. We ordered a double whopper and a whopper with cheese and upped them to a large meal. Total amount paid was over $27. When our food came out, my husband's double whopper was only a whopper. He returned it and they went to work making the correct sandwich. So we ate our fries while waiting. I finally opened my whopper only to discover my whopper did not have cheese on it. I went ahead and ate it because the whole experience was getting worse

Just after 1:30 on May 15th. 2026 I stopped in and got a couple of double cheeseburgers as is my favorite. I don't know who was cooking that day. They obviously did not cooked by normal standards. This was the best burger I have ever got from Burger King. It wasn't only just flame broiled it was juicy and meatier than normal. I lost my receipt. I wish someone would do something nice for those people today.

Stopped by this location yesterday afternoon around 1:30. The gentleman working the drive thru was incredibly friendly and super patient while we decided what to order. On top of that, the food was fresh. Best fast food experience I’ve had in a long time.

This place was just remodeled so they can add kiosk. Can't use the kiosk if you have a coupon nor could you use it for the special that was on the door. Plus if you're paying in cash you have to use the cashier as well. I end up doing three different transactions. It was stupid. I am thinking they do not want anyone to dine in
