As a New England era, I am a dunkin' gal thru and thru. Love to hang out with the regulars here, what a neighborhood gem. The service isn't great, but I know they try hard. We all understand the immigrant struggle. Love the atmosphere. Love the people. There are Dunkins all over town, but this is the one I come to because of the regulars ❤️❤️❤️

I visited this Dunkin location in Watertown and ordered a mocha latte with oat milk. The employee did not seem to know how to make a latte at all — the milk was not aerated properly, and the machine made a loud screeching sound the entire time. I politely asked for the drink to be remade, but on the second attempt the employee guessed how much espresso to use and repeated the same incorrect process. When I asked if someone else could make it, I was told no. At that point, I asked for a regular hot coffee instead and requested a refund for the difference. The employee took my receipt and said

I keep ordering a menu item without pork, and keeping being given pork. If you have aversion to it, avoid this Dunkin, as they don't seem to care about food or customer safety, unfortunately. Dunkin is great, though.
