“Excellent service and a warm atmosphere”

Worst location I ever been. Drive thru or at the counter people are mostly rude. Last time I went I walked in at a moment where it wasn’t too busy, nobody is inside and I’ve been waiting exactly 8 minutes before someone even says hello and asked me if I needed to order while I’m literally waiting right front of the counter. They ended up giving me something completely different than what I order. And seems like they just threw everything in the bag, such a shame. This is really sad because this is the location closest of where we live and the kids really enjoy it once in the while but we’re go

im not complaining about the actual service but why did u only schedule 2 people on Easter? they had a line down the street, they cant call anyone in because its Easter and ur having ur customers wait over 30-40 mins for a sandwich because you cant staff properly. Whoever worked Easter genuinely I hope you are able to have a better work experience and better days ahead of you that isnt the worst dinner rush on the planet on a supposed to be happy holiday. this company's gona kill their best workers because of ill staffing and overworking

Ordered a 6piece and a 4 piece and they gave me 2, 4 pieces and charged me for a 6 piece and 4 piece still. Only writing the bad review because they wont answer their phone and I cant pack my kids up right away to receive a refund. They also need to fill the larg3 french fries more than half way, because I paid for a large. Hopefully in the future they can answer the phone to fix other peoples problems. I will not be coming back to this one.

Drive-thru experience and review: Waited a while under the 1st “Order Here” as a line was forming behind us. I’m sure it was less than a 10 min wait, but we never waited so long to place a drive-thru order. You could hear the employee who takes order breathe on the mic, but she couldn’t hear us. We honked, still nothing.. finally the girl come on the mic and said, “oh! You’re supposed to order on the next window.” Ok, we pulled up to the next 2nd “Order Here” and placed an order. We moved up to the next window before the last to pay, as the last window said “Pick up”, well, that’s also where y
