My first time coming here and I will definitely return. Even though my order wasn't entirely correct, it was a good mistake. I ordered two taco combos but was given nachos and a combo. The staff were very friendly, the food was fast, and the nachos were good. The location is a little difficult to get into. Beaver ruin can be busy. The restaurant was clean as well as the bathroom. The prices were reasonable. $9 for the nachos that had beef and chicken and $10 for the taco combo. They were also good portion sizes.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at this Los Tortas Locas in Norcross. I told the woman making my food that I did not want lettuce or cheese on my taco. She made it wrong anyway. When I repeated my order, she tilted her head at me with an attitude like I was bothering her for asking them to make it the way I ordered. Then it got worse. Instead of remaking the taco correctly, she literally grabbed the lettuce and cheese off the top with her hands and tried to give it back to me. That is completely unsanitary and disrespectful. Came here for a Torta de Asada. For starters, it was bad customer service. The lady at the register was on the phone talking with someone on speaker while taking my order. Second, once I got home to eat my food, I instantly noticed there was barely anything in my torta. It was practically flat. I didn’t ask to remove anything, I asked with everything. Thirdly, the meat (asada) was full of fat and no flavor. I don’t recommend coming here.

I ordered two tacos.When the young girl started making my tacos she had on blue gloves and she had a dirty wash cloth in her hands. She reached to pick up a tacos shell and I had to stop her and let her know I don’t want that taco and I need her to wash her hands when she realized what I was asking after a few times then went to wash her hands laughing with her coworkers chicken was dry I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK HERE
