Horrible service! I understand being busy but I should not have to wait 20 minutes for a coffee. My sister and I watched several people come and and other after us and leave. We finally get our drinks, only to burn our hands because they didn't bother to put the HOT coffee cup in a sleeve SMH.

Please be warned about this place. Husband and I had ordered his drink ahead and decided to go get it. While we were there we added a drink and a sandwich that came to about 12.83 cents. Get to the window and we collect the drinks and sandwich and hand the cashier a 50 dollar bill. She hands us back a wad of cash and says have a nice day. I count the change back and it isn't what we should of gotten, it was less. I ask for a receipt, which she didn't hand us either and she just stood there at the machine very slowly getting us the reciept. I looked at it when she handed it to me and she jipped

Coffee was excellent, sandwhich felt like maybe it had sat for a minute. To be fair to this location, I've seen them be fast! But tonight on my way into night shift, they weren't. I'd agree with others who say only go if you're not in a hurry...you just don't know what kind of service it'll be that day.

On 6-16-25 the barista “woman” DID NOT make my matcha correct. The taste of unblended GREEN is disgusting. It was still unblended powder in my cup and it was extra foamy…
