first off, I went through the drive-thru and apparently there speaking isn’t working they a brown card board sign stating to pull to the window to order sat there for almost 10 minutes at the window with no response, just to realize nobody was even there. Then I parked and went inside to place my order. There were two Spanish men cooking the food, but not one cashier in sight. We waited another 20-30 minutes before anyone even came to take our order. I had a great experience at Snappers! The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a good meal. A special shoutout to Hassel for the outstanding service. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out and made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend asking for Hassel when you visit!

They got my order wrong, was on my lunch break asked for A Refund, was told they didn't give Refunds, my lunch break was over, they decided to give me a double order of regular Shrimp, when I ordered Jumbo Shrimp, the Cook didn't even speak English & the Cashier couldn't even Communicate with him Properly, Won't Ever go back to this Snappers Again. -000 🌟 , Worst Service I ever Received . BEST Snappers 6700 NW 7ave, Food always Fresh. If you order Jumbo Shrimp youre gonna get Jumbo Shrimp 🍤. Only went to this location because it was close to my job, WON'T EVER RETURN AGAIN !!

Service and food were good. Establishment is on the dirty side. The bathroom was worse than an unattended mechanic shop bathroom. No tissues, floor and walls dirty and no paper towel.
