This was my first and last time buying food here. They put my empty cup for a fountain soda in the bag. They decided to put my free guacamole on my burrito that had not one fajita vegetable on it like I ordered. The salsa was simply diced tomatoes and the staff was very rude and bothered with my questions! UPDATE…. I ordered my free entree they gave me for the mess they made and didn’t have it prepared on time so I cancelled it! After talking to four reps and eating a total of 2 hours I got another free entree! i order from this chipotle like 4+ times a week and the staff are always slaying the orders and the restaurant is clean and inviting. i won’t order from any other chipotle in town!! and my bowls are always 100% accurate never had a wrong order.

Ordered a double steak bowl for OVER $20 and half of the steak was gristle. Like last thing I want in a rice bowl is poor quality beef that I cannot chew threw. Probably won’t order here again. It’s not the brand it used to be.

This is definitely a college town chipotle. Meaning the staff is overworked and under staffed. The store is in shambles, trash everywhere and since college kids don’t pay for drinks and abuse water cups,they won’t give you a water cup even if you’re not a college student. But I will admit the food taste very good and at least the staff is genuine and polite! But corporate needs to send them some help with staffing ASAP!
