I’m never one to leave a review like this because I understand nowhere is perfect. However, this Dunkin has to be the worst I have ever been to. I want to start off by saying that before I even entered the building there were people hanging around outside asking every customer going in for money. After entering I was waiting in line for at least 20 minutes and was not acknowledged by anyone. When I got to the counter I could see more clearly what the reason was— the place was clearly understaffed and the workers looked overworked and stressed out. The service is terrible. I went yesterday with my husband and we ordered a cold cappuccino. I asked them to add whipped cream, but they didn't. Then I gave it back so they could add it, and the employee made a face as if I wasn't paying for it. It was very uncomfortable, and they were laughing. I don't know what they were talking about with another employee who was there. Unfortunately, I won't be going back to that place. This happened on January 13, 2026, around 9 PM.

Horrible experience. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese, hashbrowns, iced coffee and three donuts. 1. forgot my donuts and when I asked nicely for the donuts, they gave me two of the flavors I asked for and the last one was completely wrong. 2. iced coffee was watered down with no flavor syrup and 3. had one MEASLY slice of bacon on a BACON egg and cheese. Literally less then one slice. I normally dont leave horrible reviews like this but when every item I bought was horrible, it needed to be said. If I could give it no stars I would

The employees prepared my coffee using milk that had been sitting out on the counter. They also split one espresso shot between two coffees. When I requested a refund due to concerns about food safety and product quality, I was told there was no manager available and that I could not receive my money back. This situation is unacceptable. Serving milk that is not properly refrigerated is a serious food safety concern. In addition, refusing a refund without providing management assistance shows a lack of professionalism and accountability.
