I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I experienced at this location. I walked in with only two customers ahead of me, and the store was not busy at all. Despite this, there was no acknowledgment from the employee at the counter—no greeting, no eye contact, nothing. I was really craving a good dunkalatte that every dunkin ive gone to always makes so good, but this one was so bitter and tasted weird. The munchkins here are stale and hard. There were coffee grinds in my latte.

This Dunkin location is just simply terrible! It doesn’t matter the time of day you go. Whether it’s busy or only you in there, prepare to wait an extended time for your order! I had to finally leave a review because I’m over it and others should know to! If you plan on placing a mobile order here, be sure to give them about 20-30minutes to actually get to your order. Pray that your drink is actually what you ordered and not some bland watered down version of the drink and missing it’s the quality.
