Yesterday 2/26 I ordered CAVA and they missed some ingredients in which I called and whoever I spoke to was sweet in telling me I can bring the receipt because I genuinely could not go back after I had noticed. The problem was today 2/27. I went and the hispanic lady was super sweet and nice and she told me if I wanted to change anything or keep it the same and I said to keep the same. Which I appreciate. Made a mobile order for in-store pickup to-go. It located at the cafeteria inside the Montgomery Mall. Drove up into the complimentary parking garage off the Westlake Drive. Walked through the entrance on the main floor, CAVA located first on the left hand side. The pickup was easy and prompt. The bowl was in smaller quantity compared to other CAVA in the area.

I love Cava, and we order frequently, but this location needs to do a much better job with quality control when fulfilling orders via the app. I would say they mess something up with my order about 50% of the time. Usually it's a missing dip, topping, dressing, or the pita bread. One time they missed the proteins in multiple bowls of my order. Today, they forgot the pita breads, and there was a hair in my son's bowl! And it was not busy at all so there is really no excuse.

4 stars for 4 reasons 1. The chicken bowl was good. Chicken was flavorful and nicely done. Mixed everything up and it’s pretty good! A lot going on but it’s good. 2. The amount of toppings you can put is a lot! Abundant and nice variety. 3. The price was about less than 15 dollars a bowl. Good considering the area. 4. Nice workers and quick service! Minus 1 star because they didn’t have water cup so we were forced to buy a drink cup.
