I’m their regular customer ,but never had such a bad experience ever before ,I always use to recommend this place since it had a good service even at the drive thru,but shockingly today I had the worst service —-I was there to pick up the mobile order around 3:55pm the girl at the window hand me the drink no greetings nothing & then she said to wait around the corner on the spot 1 and they’ll bring the order out since it was not ready After waiting over 10 mins I went back to the window,and told them that I was waiting for over 10 mins no one came——instead of saying sorry they said they forgot

Been here multiple times. The employees are so rude & they don't know how to make drinks. Always forgetting ingredients. Today I went to the drive through to get an iced coffee. I told the girl my name & she just says mmmhmm. When I came to the window she was all snotty & rude & says "here" & gave me my drink & before I could even ask about the free doughnut & tote bags she closes the windows on me. Thanks for nothing!

This is literally the only review I’ve ever posted. That’s where I’m at. This is without a DOUBT the worst Dunkin I have been to. It’s 2 min from my house so I’ll give you a first hand experience of someone who goes here just about every day for over a year now… I’ll go 20ish times in a month 19 of those times I am getting an incorrect order or missing food. Don’t even bother using the app because they refuse to read what the order is. Also, you need to make the coffee for them or it’s a coin flip. Tell them exactly how much cream, sugar, or sweetener you want so you can get a decent coffee.

Customer service sucks, employee who was at the speaker and window at 8:40 am March 21,2026 didnt tell me how much it was but charged me right away and she had a nasty attitude.
