My bf went to get me a matcha latte and was given this. He told the girl at the window it’s supposed be a matcha latte and is supposed to be green. She said all she can do is blend it more for him. It’s not even supposed to be blended. It was straight up coffee with regular milk. Very disappointing and upset.

It’s strange how a simple coffee stop can leave you feeling so bad that you wonder why you even bothered. At 4 PM, I stopped for a coffee and a donut, but the experience was anything but pleasant. First, the employee’s jeans were hanging so low that their boxers were fully visible—honestly, not a great look. Then came the attitude—rude, dismissive, and condescending as I placed my order. I didn’t say anything, though. Who knows how they’d react? The last thing I wanted was for my coffee or food to be tampered with. You never know these days—mental health is real.

This place never gets nothing right you asked for one thing they’ll give you something else you specifically say the amount of sugar in the amount of milk you want and they’ll put whatever in and it taste like crap my bagel was hard like a rock not even the one I asked for and I asked for five milk five sugar. It seems like they put 10 and 10 coffee came out, looking whiter than the ghost.
