Can you guys please train your employees to give the right sizes on the fries. I order five guys all over the states and this location DOES NOT give the correct size. A small fry from the west side location is more than a large fry order here.

Ordered take out using the app as usual. Staff is always ready to mix a milkshake when we arrive and the food is hot and fresh. Prices are high but quality all around is good. Only complaint is that the music inside is too loud or we would eat inside. Must be getting old! LOL

I decided to give Five Guys a second chance. I had previously visited one of their locations during a trip to Orlando and didn’t enjoy it at all — I actually preferred Shake Shack. During my visit to Massachusetts, I found out there were no Shake Shack locations nearby, so I figured it was time to give Five Guys another try. I have to admit, I didn’t completely hate the experience this time, but there’s still something about it that just doesn’t fully win me over. The food was decent, but it still lacks that wow factor for me.
