What a gem of a place! They have the most flavorful Cajun chicken sandwich, and their breakfast food is excellent across the board. Also, they have a INCREDIBLY delicious hot sauce. The coffee is better than average, too. I absolutely love this place. It is tiny, though. If your party is larger than five people (and honestly, even five is a tight fit in this little corner spot), you may have to wait a bit. But it is well worth it. The food is fresh, real, and absolutely delicious, and the service is consistently friendly. Just be aware that they are cash only!

5-star experience at Theo’s Cozy Corner this morning. Owner Theo came from Brazil in 1989, started working here as a dishwasher and bought the business a few years later. Smart man, great little corner. (Note: I asked him his story, he’s attentive yet will leave you alone if you don’t want to chat.) This place is clean, the menu variety is plentiful without being overwhelming. Prices are extremely reasonable. Food is fast, high quality, and tasty. I’ve found my go to breakfast spot when I’m in the area, I’ll be back! Of note, bring your debit card for the ATM next door. Cash only.

This small place is an absolute delight. Five tables and seven stools, it isn't big but delivers a big meal. The morning we were there we had to wait about 10 minutes before the four stools at the counter opened up and this was indeed a breakfast and a show. The griddle and main area for the staff is right there and we were able to watch a groddle-master at work. A constantly turning-overmpile of flattop cooked potatoes, along with a steady stream of eggs and other hot items being cooked up and wafting the delicious smells into the air. An absolute must when in Boston. Located in a good and convenient spot. The food is amazing - the taste is great and the portions are large as well. The atmosphere is great; you are treated like family. Was not too crowded when we went during breakfast, but I recall there being a little bit of a wait - so worth it though. As a NJian, I think this place may beat any Jersey Diner
