What can I say , I'm hooked on Dunkin. The customer service I've noticed at every location, and I can go to three in my area, is sometimes good and sometimes not so good. Today, the young employee was quite impressive! He definitely earned a gold star. He must have just started, as he didn't have a name tag on. So I can't give him is props. #Employee #GoldStar #Beginner

Imagine walking in and no greets you or acknowledges you after 10 minutes standing at the counter. A simple hello could make your customers feel noticed while they wait. Problem here is poor customer service. Management needs to do better at training.

This dunkin is my favorite dunkin. Ive been to almost all of the Cape coral and ft myers stores and this is the only one who ever has bacon... and its cooked right... but besides that they make my drink right every time. The staff is always nice unlike the other dunkins. Hopefully they keep the same staff!!!

What part of “lightly toasted” do we not understand??? This happens to me every single time I order a bagel at this location in specific it’s so frustrating .
