Front of house manager and staff are doing great. Kitchen staff and manager are lacking hard, clearly focused on speed and paying very very little attention to quality. Eggs, hash browns, country fried steak all came out very undercooked. Ordered eggs over medium, they were easy at best. Asked for extra extra crispy hash browns, came out with %90 of it bleach white and soft. Pancakes were half the size they used to be which really shocked me. Steaks breading was opaque white and pink in the middle, "smothered with gravy" what a joke. Super disappointing for a 25 dollar breakfast

Johan, and Lisa were fantastic. They both work so great as a team. Their service was 10/10, and everything was taken care of so effectively. The overall atmosphere was amazing. And the food was delicious too!!

Johan and Lisa were awesome! We came on a Friday morning and they double-teamed all the tables and because of it service was FAST! My blueberry pancakes were sweet and juicy and my Dulce de lèche coffee was so good!

I love going to Ihop with my family and been to several Ihop's. I enjoyed the experience at this one because Jhoan was very professional, attentive, polite, efficient, and genuine. He helped us get our order and our special request since I have a picky eater. He's a great waiter because he also has patience towards kids making noise or spilling something by accident. Which at other places waiters have rolled their eyes & given attitude. Jhoan was very professional we enjoyed eating at this location and we didn't felt rush in paying, thank you. When I come back to eat hopefully we get Jhoan
