MOLD IN MY FOOD! My order was incomplete the tater tots I paid for were missing entirely. But more importantly I found MOLD in the mac and cheese. I noticed it after I had already started eating, which is alarming from a food safety standpoint. I attempted to call the restaurant multiple times but no one answered despite it not being busy at all when I picked up my food. I understand mistakes happen in a kitchen, but serving moldy food is a health risk!! UPDATE: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ — They earned it back. Ever since I moved into my apartment two years ago Bruxie Has become a central part of My week. I at least have it two times a week. I always get the chicken and waffle set but I get four tenders since I like to Pair one tender with one slice of waffle. And every time it is absolutely amazing. I’ve also been collecting the small little maple syrup bottles they give you because it is some of the best tasting maple syrup I’ve had. I truly recommend this restaurant to anyone who sees this review.

“The Original” chicken waffle sandwich was crispy, juicy, and perfectly balanced with that sweet and savory combo. The maple bacon brussel sprouts were the standout, crispy, flavorful, and a MUST ORDER! A lemon berry waffle and a refreshing lemonade were the perfect finish. Justin provided spectacular customer service and made the whole experience even better. 10 out of 10, would come back.

I always walk by this location, and last night I finally went in to give it a try before heading to the movies next door. Not only was the atmosphere inside the dining car warm and cozy, with a chill aesthetic, but the service was top-notch as if I was the most important customer on the planet! I was really impressed. The fried chicken sandwich I got was delicious, and the spicy tots on the side were tasty as well. I'll definitely be trying out their hot honey fried chicken sandwich next time because that sounded incredible too. Fantastic experience, and I'll definitely be going back soon!
