First time here. 18% tip added for eat ins. NO DECAFF COFFEE !!! They don't offer it. Plastic knife & fork. Looks like they do a lot of take out. In on a Wednesday at 10:45 for breakfast. Not busy. Sat at counter. ORDERED : Scrambled eggs, sausage patties, home fries & toast. $9.99 + tax + 18% = $12.61 Toast was just warm bread. Everything else was good. Good price for the area. Will probably go back.

Hands down the best breakfast I’ve had in a while. The eggs and bacon were perfect, the pancakes were nice and fluffy with crispy edges and they have a good hot chocolate. Service is amazing and the atmosphere is chill and lowkey.
