I’ll start with the good because there were definitely a few positives. This location is probably the prettiest and cleanest Outback Steakhouse I have ever been to. The restaurant itself was very well kept, and I wish I could remember the manager’s name who was on duty that night because she was excellent. She had a strong presence in the dining room, was very aware of what was going on, and seemed to genuinely care about the guests’ experience. My son and I dined there three times during his two soccer tournaments in Palm Beach Gardens. The service is awesome. The hostess, servers and the manager are professional, welcoming and friendly. Every time we returned, the lovely female manager remembered us and welcomed us. The food is always delicious and abundant at reasonable prices. The last time my son ate there, he won the tournament. We visited Outback to celebrate my birthday on March 11th, and it was a wonderful experience! The food was delicious, but what really made the night special was the staff.
