The staff here is rude. Would not give me a drink holder when I asked. Told me they’re saving those for any possible deliveries. I had multiple ice coffee drinks and breakfast item, plus all my work items and it’s 15 degrees outside and a I have a quarter mile walk to my job from parking lot. I explained this and asked if I could please have a drink holder again. Mind you I see a whole stack through the window. And she told me no. I said is the deliveries more important than customers in drive through? And she said yes. Felt they could do better and do right by the customer in front

Somehow there are 4 employees inside of this Starbucks that is drive thru & walk up only yet only 2 of them are doing anything. Waited 30min for 2 simple drinks, no changes or additions to them.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, this not my first time there, i either go to this one or the one on university before going to work and today i got to my work and when i was checking my order the most important item which was the cream and cheese for my 2 bagels that i normally buy and can’t eat them without it wasn’t there!!! And this is not the first time they mess up my order if it’s not one thing it’s the other!!!

This Starbucks has an amazing crew! They make all their drinks with love. I 10/10 recommend this location. You wont be disappointed. Keep up the amazing work crew. Keep being a positive influence to those who look up to you! JQ and the crew all have welcoming personalities.
