This is by far one of the worst taco bells I have ever been to and I love Taco Bell, I have no problem with any of the other locations, they're always kind to me and treat me, right But something went wrong with this one you got teenagers at the window, making a fool of themselves making fun of customers in front of their faces with managers right next to them. You have managers that don't help you at all. They rather just shoo you away than try to help you with any problem you're having. They're always messing up my food. Most of the time when I pick up my food from there, my tacos are broke

Listen, I love the service at the drive thru in the morning... But I just got home missing an entire entree, cinabites are cold, no receipt to fill out the survey and they won't answer their phone. This is NOT the first time I've experienced this in the evenings here. Don't leave without checking your food folks.

Don’t go inside in the mornings, employees just hide in the office or in the back and ignore the people up front even if there’s orders on the screen.

I got a bag of crushed tacos. I ordered two cantina tacos and a small drink for $10. Ordered at the counter with an almost empty restaurant. Took 10+ minutes. After walking out to my vehicle I opened the bag and noticed the tacos were broken in pieces. I had to lift the greasy taco pieces from the bottom of the bag. Discussting. Why did your staff serve me crushed tacos. Maybe they should have replaced them? I left discussed. Please fix this.
