I was shocked to see the breakfast special!! I would not even give this sandwich one star.1/2 egg that looks like someone took a bite. The piece of bacon was a joke. It was about 2 inches long and paper thin. Really, come on Dunkin' you can do better than this!

Kevin was so wonderful. He recognized me from my car. He must have remembered my order from one day before because I went in the store the next day and he remembered that I liked French vanilla and he wanted to tell me that he was out of it but that he could make it taste good and he did so Kevin thank you very very much. You’re the best.

I never leave reviews but this one is warranted. When I spend $6 for a sandwich, or $5 for a drink, I would expect it to be done right. No matter when I go to this place the order is wrong. The part that gets me the most, if they are out of stock on something, no one tells you about it, they just don’t include that item with your order when handing you the bag. So you just paid for something and didn’t receive it. Not even a heads up or refund. Joanne has no customer service skills. Ordered a dozen donuts online and paid online for in-store pickup. I arrived 15 minutes after I ordered and my order wasn’t ready. I stood there waiting 30 minutes with no acknowledgement at all from any employees. I stood there and watched as over a dozen people walked in and got orders filled immediately. When I asked about the order, the rude employee at the counter, Joanne, just pointed over to the empty pickup shelf and said “it’s over there”, completely brushing me off. When I FINALLY got my order they didn’t even have the donuts I had already paid
