I wish I could separate shifts. Morning crew is a blessing. Always helpful, cheerful, and lovely. Food always done to the best of their ability. Afternoon shift is TERRIBLE!!! They lie and say the frozen machine is broken everything I go through there after I had just gotten one 6 hours before and works fine for the morning crew the next day. Hmmmmm problem with the WORKER!!! They refused to take my order. Guided me to go up the street. Thank you.

Let's give it up to the hard working ladies at providence bagels. 1 manager 3 workers holding it down during the morning rush. My classic lox bagel sandwich was phenomenal and assembled with care. My coffee was on point and delicious. Only thing I would maybe suggest is adding one more person to the shift to help make all the orders and bounce back to the register. Very clean and cozy dining area. If you're in the area, I would very much recommend this spot for a bite. Super friendly staff and I believe the manager was Rafi, very helpful she was.
