I go here often, today I ordered a twenty four ounce smoothie was handed a twenty ounce smoothie and told that that's what I ordered. The price reflected a twenty four ounce smoothie. I said okay, cause what else can you do. I go to the website to try and find an email to talk to the manager which I have done in the past when i've had an issue at this location and the bigfoot java website says this location I just purchased from does not exist. When you google it it comes up but when you call the phone number, it's disconnected. Would like to get in touch with management to talk about this but

Honest Review: This place is very expensive compared to other smaller businesses, but that never stops me from supporting them. Their drinks are so amazing, as well as the wonderful baristas. So welcoming and friendly. If you’re ever in the Washington area, definitely check this place out. You won’t regret.

First off please check photos as I added the menu prices for the drink I ordered and the Barista who told me the prices were wrong on the menu, she couldn't do anything for me and if I didn't want to pay the new prices to get lost. I ordered a 24oz white chocolate AMERICANO (that's ice, water, coffee shots, and white chocolate powder). The total was 3.75 she tried to charge me over 6 dollars. I'm not paying 6 dollars for shots, ice water and powder. That's insane. Your company is trying to charge me like I wanted a 24 oz glass of whole milk. It isn't a latte.
