Donut Delight is hands down one of my favorite coffee spots! Every single time I walk in, the staff greets me with genuine smiles and such positive energy. The coffee is always fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how I like it. Their donuts are consistently soft and delicious, and there’s always a great variety to choose from. The shop is clean, welcoming, and has that cozy neighborhood feel that keeps you coming back. It’s the kind of place where you feel remembered and appreciated. Side note regarding a recent negative review: If it’s the situation I witnessed, the staff handled it calmly

Did you guys change the frozen coffee smoothie? Because the one I had today was awful, it's nothing like what I've had for years. It was terrible, I wasted my money. It was a step backwards.

I am not sure if its a culture thing but the workers here are all very rude! And the fact if you ask for a box they get upset. I am sorry I do not want 5 donuts stuffed in a bag. Why cant I have a box?

The store and bathrooms are very clean and the staff is nice. Prices are better than Dunkin and the donuts are as good or better. Coffee is much better and made in a machine fresh. Around $15 for a dozen donuts. $3 for coffee. I have been there multiple times lately. Prices $$; Coffee ****; Donuts *****, Staff ****1/2, Cleanliness *****
