I haven’t left a review of a restaurant in years. But after dealing with this health hazard i had to do this. Ordered a famous bowl. Normally very good and very hot. The mashed potatoes were hot, but the chicken was clearly room temp at best. I was starving so I ate a few mouthfuls. Trying to convince myself it was ok. Within hours it became apparent it was not ok. Will be following up with another phone call to corporate and a call to the health department…

I pulled up an asked a question about swapping tenders for regular chicken and was greeted with an attitude they really didn’t want me there. I ordered some tenders and sandwiches for my family for dinner still, but it seemed like I just annoyed the girl employee because she had to get off her phone. The food was absolutely terrible no effort at all tasted horrible all under cooked or over cooked no in between. I will never go back to this KFC.

Horrible customer service and experience at this location. Placed my order and paid, then was told to wait on the side. After waiting, they came back and said they didn’t even have what I ordered. When I asked for a refund, they said they “don’t do that” and gave me attitude — as if they were doing me a favor instead of fixing their mistake. Save your money and your time. Don’t stop here. KFC needs to work better on who they hire, experience and customer service needs to be their topic priority.
