They make your coffees backwards. I work for tim hortons and this place always has to dump some of my drink out to add cream in , leaving it to be completelynot what i ordered if half is being dumped. Cream goes in FIRST , thats what we're taught right away. Everyone. It's not your little mug at home. Do it right

This morning I ordered a blueberry muffin with butter the lady put the muffin in a cup without a lid I asked for a lid she stated " NO lids." She didn't even put my muffin in a bag, left it open in the cup! Horrible customer service ladies.

The girl at counter was awesome! Thank you for your hard work. But THE MANAGER CLEARLY IGNORED ME FOR 5 MINUTES standing at counter. GET OFF THE PHONE AND GET YOUR HANDS DIRTY HELP YOUR STAFF!!!!!!! Thats plan rude. Thank you young lady for amazing service, manager should take some notes! Dont ignore your customers when we can see you!

My favorite Tim Hortons. You'd think that a Tim Hortons attached to a gas station would be crappy, but this one is not. The iced caps always taste fresh and creamy and mixed to the perfect ratio. The bagels and donuts are always soft and fresh, as if they were baked right there. Never stale or even cold. My 16-year-old son says it's his favorite location too. He actually has a location near his school but he has actually been known to go out of his way to come to this one specifically. He says it's worth it.
