5/4/26 Noodles lets give it a try. I'm not a soup guyso I was cautious yet this place made me a noodle guy. It was good. I had chicken and pork with egg noodle. It was well presented great portions and scrumptious. Their menu is LOADED with options who'd of thunk given the simplicity of noodles. The staff was efficient and courteous which I enjoyed. The over all feel was blended backgrounds the plants growing in water eating noodles the symbolism was not lost. Enjoy if you want something familiar yet new to your senses.

Cafe Noodle in Northampton is a family owned restaurant that has been a beloved part of the community for nearly 20 years, run with care by Lit and Sao. The owners are genuinely warm, and the dishes are clearly prepared fresh, with the Golden Custard Lava Bun being a must try. They do a wonderful job with fresh noodles, herbs, and vegetables that feel simple, honest, and full of flavor. The mango sticky rice with sesame seeds and coconut milk is an absolute delight after the meal, and the shrimp tempura is nicely crispy and crunchy, while the animal shaped stuffed buns add a fun touch. Noodles is my favorite restaurant. As a college student from the area, I come here 5-7 times per year with my friends and family, and have even come up during the summer (despite it being an hour away) just to get the vegetable dumpling udon noodle soup. Noodles serves large portions at fairly low prices, and their food is absolutely delicious. I especially love their flavorful clear broth that is included in my favorite soup. The menu is large and varied, and everyone that I have dragged to this restaurant has found dishes that they truly love. I cannot recommend it enough!
