Tous Les Jours is my favorite bakery — especially the Glenview location! First of all, this location offers a wide variety of fresh pastries, cakes, and bread. Everything always looks so tempting and tastes incredible. The bakery itself is very clean, neat, and welcoming. I also adore the interior design — it feels cozy and modern at the same time. The staff are always friendly, polite, and ready to help with recommendations. I genuinely don’t understand the hype around this place. The pastries and baked goods are completely mid, nothing special at all. The latte was even worse. They served a 16 oz cup with a single shot of espresso, which is honestly a joke. What really got me was the barista trying to explain to me how a latte is supposed to be made. Meanwhile, the moment she started steaming the milk and it made that loud burning screeching sound, it was obvious the milk was being overheated and the drink was already ruined. Such a lovely spot! Everything looks and tastes amazing, and it’s hard not to treat yourself to more than one thing. The chocolate bun is unbelievably good—soft, rich, and full of flavor. Parking was simple, and the whole place has a cozy, relaxed vibe. Definitely worth a visit, and I can’t wait to come back to try more!
