I had been here at this location a lot of times and never experienced something like this I placed my order but I guess my phone didn’t had signal and the order got placed later when I was on my way to the location, I got there and told them at the speaker that I was there to pick up my order give my name and everything got told to pull up to the window, I waited no problem but when I got my drink I ask the barista if I could get a straw then she said with a very rude attitude that next time for me to wait longer to go get my drink I told her I did cause I placed the order when I got off of wo

We used to visit this location weekly and the staff were always friendly. I only stop here about once a month or less in the last 6 months. There is always different staff now. Today my husband had a few requests of his 1 drink and we ordered 2 other drinks with no adds just requested light ice in them. We could tell the order taker wasn't happy about our requests and husband had to ask twice for her to put these requests on the order board. Leaving a mutual review hoping for more training. This is my local starbucks and I order often from here but drinks at this location are often made wrong to the order or made wrong just in general tasting very watery leaving me grouchy for the rest of the day! Lol On a separate note, staff have always been very friendly here!

The young lady with blonde hair was very nice, I hadn't tried the brown sugar shaken espresso drink and it sounded interesting. I asked if she liked it and she happily said it that she liked it but it did come with a very strong coffee taste. When she gave me the drink she offered that if it was too strong to come back and she will make it again with suger and cream. Very nice and very polite. The coffee itself was very good, I will say the next time I order I will add cream or sugar but on its own it is still a very good drink.
