I seriously would give zero stars but Google is too kind on my behalf. Taco Bell what the heck is this?? There’s barely a tablespoon of beef on this chalupa. This is after you gave me two flat as hell hardshell tacos. Mind you this is the THIRD TIME you’ve given me flapjack tacos.

Ordered from the mobile app 4 total boxes, a chicken & cheese melt. We pulled off to the side to make sure everything was correct since the staff shoved everything into ONE bag, I pulled back around to the drive thru and let them know we were missing a chicken & cheese melt & a cinnamon twists the drive thru lady was extremely rude and so was the kitchen staff stating “she already got all her food” I offered to give the bag back and she denied to look through it. When they finally gave us the missing items (picture added below) this is how it was given. Sloppy! How is my 1 1/2 year old suppose

Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes, no one to take anyone’s order, waited at the window and still nothing. Mind you this was at 8 or 9 pm, not even close to closing time. Guess the staff just felt like ignoring all the customers for half an hour or more.

It was busy, to the point people were leaving without their food. I was patient, 20-30 minute wait. My order was simple and was still wrong. They couldnt find the time to give me a cup for my drink. The only part of the order that was correct, the taco, was just lettuce and cheese. Horrible.
