Halal Food Northridge, This restaurant was found after I typed Halal Food near me. And I gave it a try. It was actually suprising. Food was great, and the gyro was spectacular and juicy, Reminded me of New York, Where I am from. The owner was so nice, He offered a student discount, he is super friendly. This is my favorite gyro near me now. I also tried their halal tacos which is rare in my area. The chicken was flavorful, as a student here, this is my favorite CSUN halal. Halal House is not too bad, I gotta say. Quick, not terribly expensive at $11 plus tax, and decent flavor with their signature plate dish. I got the Build Your Own Plate with chicken and the usual fixings including both the red and white sauce. As far as these sauces, I think them and the chicken can have a little flavor and kick. They're not watered down, but I do wish for a lot more tantalizing taste. All in all, good enough for a quick meal. I will have to try the gyro next time.
