It was awful. I picked up my order, went home and when I got there, I opened the food. There was trash in my scrambled eggs. The bacon was literally green and spoiled, and then I was gonna eat the pancakes and when I went to cut it open it was oozing out pancake batter. Then when I tried to get my money back, they said they couldn’t give it back to me and they offered to remake it, but I was disgusted so why would I wanna eat there? I came today may 9th day before Mother’s Day with my daughter Ella. This is the first time ever that I’ve been seated within two minutes. Gloria, was our server, she took drinks and food order immediately. The food came under the 10 minutes. Again, I’ve never experienced such a quick, exceptional service! I hope that IHOP is around for a million more years! This is such a family vibe restaurant.. I think what makes a great restaurant special is their servers as they are the ones interacting with the customer. Gloria did an amazing job, and provided excellent service.

It was around 5 minutes before any even acknowledge then we got seated it was another 5 minutes for the waiter(older Hispanic male) to show up then when he did he talked to us in such a hurry that he didn’t give us time to tell him what I wanted to drink not to mention the odor coming from his mouth was very unpleasant. So the bad smell and horrible customer service made us leave! I will not be going back there good luck to you guys.
