I made an online order so I went to counter to pick it up there was a line. They saw I was there waiting and the worker calls up the guy behind me to help him first when I was there first. I felt so ignored. Food is good but customer service terrible.

We ordered a chicken double tostada with creamy cilantro & the 3 taco carbon combo. I remember a few years ago, the tostadas were much bigger, And I also remember many many years ago how delicious the grilled chicken was. Many things change, sadly. The tostada was good, don’t think it had double chicken only regular chicken. The 3 tacos Al carbon were like street tacos, Still good. Having the pollo loco app, used a $3 off coupon.
