Absolutely terrible customer service. The employees were busy gossiping with each other and completely ignored me while I was clearly waving for assistance. I stood there waiting and was treated as if I didn’t exist. Customers should not have to beg for basic service. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and management needs to address it immediately. I will think twice before returning. This employee in picture I don’t something wrong with this dude he was acting weird.

I’ve been a Dasher for about seven years with over 10,000 deliveries, so I know how things usually go. Today, at Taco Bell, I got a notification that the order was ready. When I arrived, they said the dessert wasn’t available and asked me to call the customer. After I did, she texted me saying I could choose another dessert. However, the manager was incredibly rude. He demanded I show him the text message, said he had his own rules, and forced me to confirm right in front of him. I’ve never been treated like this. Normally, Dashers are trusted, but this was really a bad experience.

I ordered using the kiosk for dine in. The CSR working, offered me my cup before my order came up and was walking my order to my table! I stood up and met halfway, because I had never had a Taco bell associate bring me my order before. These employees are customer oriented. Great job. Thank you.

So disappointed because we go here all the time and not coming back. We ordered through the drive thru 10am today and by the time I got to the window, i realized I needed water for my mother and child in the car (it’s 80 degrees today) and Rudy O who claimed to be the manager (was the assistant manager) refused to give me water.
