This was our first time here. Came on a sunny Saturday afternoon. Had a great time with my husband . Great company good vibes. Our server gave A1 customer service wish I could remembered his name so I could give him his recognition. Wanted oysters on the half shell and they did what they could to accommodate me . Liked the food got the sirloin and crabcake not so much with my brussels sprouts they were too charred for me. My husband ate them so it was ok. My husband got the salmon Cajun linguine. Th experience as a whole was amazing! Hostess were nice and friendly welcoming. Bailey our waitress is phenomenal and very pleasant. The food was great exceptional. I visited Bonefish Grill in Novi on Valentine’s Day with my love, and overall we had a great experience. Considering it was a holiday and the restaurant was packed, the staff operated like a well-oiled machine. Everything flowed smoothly, and service never felt chaotic. The manager surprised us with a complimentary dessert upon arrival, which was a very thoughtful touch. Our server, Megan, was attentive, kind, and handled small mistakes (like a missing item) with urgency and professionalism. We started with the Bang Bang Shrimp, that shit was absolutely delicious. Our 1st time at this location. The Troy location closed and we were so bummed. Let me say that the customer service reminds me of the Troy location. As a matter of fact our waitress, Aaryn, is from the Troy location and she was awesome! She very helpful with navigating the menu options and made really good recommendations. We are huge fans of the Bang Bang Shrimp. The Shrimp Scampi was good, but make sure to stir it up. The yummy sauce is on the bottom. My wife had the fried cod which was good. She also ordered a White Cosmos. They definitely don't hold back on the alcohol. For those who miss
