Well, this was disappointing. I saw the Instagram post featuring the different specialty donuts, so a friend and I decided to stop by this location to try them out. I ordered a coffee first because I wasn’t sure what I wanted to eat, and I sat down with my friend. Once the line got shorter, I went back up to the showcase to take a better look at the donuts. I've been here twice and both times it's been pretty straightforward. Reason I'll give this 4 stars is because I saw unique donuts I've not seen elsewhere. They make custom donuts in the store and are pretty tasty. Plus this was the only Dunkin to have a healthy stock of brownie batter donuts. Good all around.

I usually go to this Dunkin' just for a cup of coffee. It is one of the establishments with a greatest number of employees, but one of the slowest services I have eve seen. I was standing for a good 15 minutes to be served just a simple cup of coffee, cream and sugar. Regardless of the number of online orders, pouring a cup of coffee takes a few seconds. When I asked how much longer, a young female employee replied in a very rude manner that I have to wait for my turn. It defies all common sense that pouring a cup of coffee should wait for all the other more complicated drinks they might be p

I went at 1PM on a Sunday and there were no specialty donuts except two croissants that looked different. The rest was what you can find at any other Dunkin. I ordered two boston creams with sprinkles and was given the wrong ones. When I went back to the counter the girl had an attitude. All around a bad experience and waste of time.
