I have never met such a rude person in a restaurant business. I said hi, no reply. I asked for a cheeseburger; no reply. Like what the heck? What did I do to you? I will never visit this branch again. This branch will not survive for long if there are people like this. Rest everybody was fine, but it was the cashier person!

Our food overall was good, but the person taking our order should've been trained in customer service. The person was very rude and abrasive while taking our order. Instead of explaining how the burgers are different from each other to those of us who have never been before, the person was extremely rude and screaming over the blaring music.

Love eating at five guys. Last night changed that. The food was amazing as it always is, the older woman working behind the counter was very degrading. Never felt so dumb ordering food in my life. I ordered a cheeseburger and she asked what I would like on it, i replied with just cheese and ketchup, she was very aggravated with me saying that and would not let it go. She said that she made a lady very upset before over the same thing. She then asked my girlfriend a couple times if she understood where she was coming from.
