I went in the morning for a bacon and egg sandwich on toast with no cheese, I don’t care for american cheese. Naturally it came with cheese. When I asked the gentleman to make me another with no cheese, he said no problem. Then walked away. Now, you can see into the kitchen from the drive through window. He didn’t go to the fryers and make a new one, but came back and handed me the bag and said here you go. Im angry because I went in to this White Castle on 4/1 and placed my order. Was given $8.40 back when my receipt says $8.44. I am so tired of these places of business keeping my pennies or better yet not ROUNDING!!! Times are too dang on hard! TODAY! To be keeping anything from anybody! I have to ask for my receipt, and now I have to ask for my PENNIES or my round up. Just think if she keep 4 pennies from a hundred customers 🤔 🙄. Yeah that part! And I had to ask for a refund on my fish sandwich. Because she started cooking it AFTER my 4 bacon cheeseburger were bagged and ready to hand out. S
